We love having you shop with us but please read the Terms and Conditions thoroughly before placing an order.
These terms and conditions can be altered or amended at any time so it is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these each time you access our website and/or place an order. By choosing to purchase with Wild Soul Australia you are acknowledging that you are aware and understand our Terms and Conditions policy.

  • Wild Soul Australia's website is for personal use and you are not permitted to Copy, Download, Reproduce, Distribute, Modify or display information from the Wild Soul Australia website without our prior written consent.
  • Our store and website are provided for adults over the age of Eighteen (18) years old. By proceeding through our website and/or completing any purchases you are acknowledging that you are over the age of Eighteen (18) years old.
  •  By ordering or browsing through Wild Soul Australia's website you have accepted that there are risks involved in supplying your information and Wild Soul Australia cannot be held responsible. Please see more on this in the Privacy and Security section.

 

Products and ordering:

  • ALL PURCHASES OF 'SALE' ITEMS ARE FINAL. NO REFUND OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE OFFERED, PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY.
  • Due to health regulations, earrings cannot be returned. All sales are final on these pieces.
  • We gladly offer STORE CREDIT for change of mind or new sizing.
  • We do not offer an exchange. 
  • Refunds are only applied if faulty items cannot be replaced. All items are inspected and photographed before leaving our store so in the unlikely event that this has happened we are happy to help.
  • All Credit Notes Issued for Returned items are Valid for 6 Months Only.

  • You understand that we have done our utmost to supply accurate descriptions and illustrations of our stock but we cannot guarantee that these images are depicted or are a reflection of the true colour, pattern or full design of the product.
  • All items have specific care instructions. It is your responsibility to take the time to read these once they are in your possession and follow them to preserve the life of your item/s. 
  • All items listed are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST. We do our best to ensure prices are current however reserve the right to change them at any time.

  • Wild Soul Australia is not responsible for dealings with third parties linked to our website. Once you have entered their website you’re being governed by the third parties Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  • Once you have ordered, your order cannot be cancelled. We ask you to review over Refund and Return Policy before you commit to any purchases. 
  • Wild Soul Australia endeavours to make sure our product list is up to date but reserves the right to cancel any orders within 24 hours for any reason which may include unavailability of stock but not limited to that example.
  • Wild Soul Australia will require you to provide your name, phone number, delivery address, email address and payment information which may include credit card details to process your order. We do our best to secure this information but we are not liable for the misuse of these details due to Malware or viruses. This information is supplied on your behalf at your own risk, as per our Privacy and Security section listed.

Shipping:

  • All shipping is paid for by the purchaser unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping will be added at the checkout page of your purchase transaction.
  • We do not accept responsibility once items have been dispatched. Lost or damaged items become your responsibility once it leaves our premises.
  • Postage for return items is your responsibility and at your own expense, unless the item has been approved as faulty or you have received the wrong item/s.
  • We are not liable for lost, damaged or missing items on their return back to Wild Soul Australia and strongly advise on trackable shipping.
  • All mentioned postage times are a guide only.
  • For International Shipping- Wild Soul Australia is not responsible for any additional Foreign Taxes and Custom Duties that may be applied in the recipients country.
